Friendsgiving: Gratitude Not Guilt

Join the Wellness Wolfpack Peer Health Educators for a night for crafts, gratitude, and discussions on mindful nutrition as it relates to Thanksgiving. The event will have a mini workshop discussing the pressures often associated with Thanksgiving, ways to manage diet culture talk during the holiday and reminding us all to be grateful, not guilty. There will be free mac and cheese, fall drinks, and pie!
